Cottage Cheese Pie (M_C-Tx) Recipe
1 lb cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 well beaten eggs
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Sieve cottage cheese. Mix ingredients and put in pie shell. Sprinkle
cinnamon on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or 375 until done. Mrs.
