Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 lb bacon grease or 1 cup wesson oil 1/2 lb butter 1 tbsp pepper, black,freshly ground 1 tbsp cayenne 3 each onion, chopped 1 each worcestershire sauce 10 oz 1 each ketchup, 24 oz 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp celery salt 1 tsp garlic salt

Preparation
Combine all ingredients and simmer on very low fire for at least 20 minutes. Makes sauce for 25 lbs of meat. Excellent for spareribs.
