Citruys Bbq Sauces Recipe
1 large onion -- fine chop
1/4 tsp red pepper
1 tsp veg. oil
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili peppers -- ground
1 ancho chili seeded -- fine
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cilantro -- snipped
Ciik onion, red chiles, red pepper and ancho chile in oil, stirring
frequently, until onion is tender about 5 min. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for
about 10 min. stirring occasionally.
