2 cup flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup chunky peanut butter 1 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder andf salt into a large bowl. Add the peanut butter, milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
