1 cup milk 3 tbsp margarine 1/4 cup honey 3 cup unbleached bread flour 1/4 cup high gluten flour 2 tsp dry yeast 1 tsp salt 2 tsp ground coriander 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1/8 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 egg (i use egg substitute) 1/2 tbsp grated orange peel.
