Ingredients
1 lb hamburg 1 lb velveeta cheese, cut up 1 soul seasoning 1 medium onion, chopped 1 0r 2 jalepeno with seeds 1 chopped

Preparation
Cook meat, onions and pepper. Drain off fat. Melt cheese in crockpot and add meat mixture, add soul seasonings to taste. Serve warm with nacho chips or chilled like a pate with crackers.
