4 cup flour 1 cup white sugar (granulated) 1 cup light brown sugar 1 cup shortening or butter 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 egg 1 cup sour milk

Preparation
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl with butter. Add 1 beaten egg to milk. Add 1 cup sour milk and baking soda. Mix with hands, like you would for pie dough. When thoroughly mixed, cut into 4 parts and put in pie tins. Bake at 350 degrees for
