Amish Oatmeal Pie Recipe
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp grated orange rind
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup quick oats
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Beat 4 eggs until frothy. Add
