2 large apples, diced and pared 1/2 cup celery, diced 1/4 cup raisins 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp mayo, reduced calorie 8 lettuce leaves

Preparation
Combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on Lettuce Leaves, optional of course.
