Ingredients
8 cube bouillion 8 cup hot water 2 cup rice 8 green onion, chopped 7/8 cup celery 1 cup bread crumbs, dry 1 recipe was for 1 serving 1 and i am not going to use 1 8 bouillion cubes

Preparation
Dissolve bouillion in hot water. Add rice, green onion, and celery; cover. Cook for 5 minutes. Add bread crumbs. Pour into small baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes or until top i s lightly crusted. Food Exchange per serving: 1 1/2 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGES CAL: 115

Dieting made easy
One useful tip is to drink plenty of water. * Replace sugar with a low carb substitute such as splenda.

* Use low carb chocolate bars for chocolate muffins.
Once you have converted your most popular chocolate chip cookie or chocolate muffins recipe using soya flour, you really don't want to add in those high carb standard chocolate. Chop up a low carbohydrate choccie bar into little pieces and use that in its place.

The onion family of vegetables is high in allyl sulfides, a chemical which experts believe could be linked to a reduced risk of stomach and colon cancer.
Even though there is very little scientific evidence at hand, allyl sulfides are also thought by many researchers to reduce the symptoms of colds, sterilization and diabetes.
Foods containing allyl sulfides are also good for weight loss, so you should add them to your weight loss regime.
