The problems associated with reduced carbohydrate diets
Its popular as hell, but it is really safe for you?
Most of the unpleasant side-effects stated, such as tiredness, stomach disorders, or headaches are only temporary, but critics contend that low carbohydrate diets are not without serious long term side effects.
Reducing carbohydrates could mean missing out on required nutrients from 'good' carbohydrate foods which should be part of any well adjusted diet, particularly those provied by vegetables, grains and fruits.
Healthy foods with carotenes
