1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 2 tbsp parsley -- dried 3 tbsp onion -- dried, minced 1/2 tsp dill weed 2 tsp lawry seasoned salt

Mix well, and chill overnight. Serve with pretzels, chips, or fresh vegies.
