Ingredients
1 cup sour half and half 1 egg 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dried dill weed 10 hard cooked eggs,chopped 1 cup crumbled crisp - cooked 1 bacon, about 10 slices 1/2 cup chopped green onions with 1 tops 1/2 cup chopped celery 6 english muffins,split 3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded cheddar 1 cheese

Preparation
Blend together half and half,1 egg and seasonings.Stir in remaining ingredients except muffins and cheese.Spread each muffin half with 1/3 cup of egg salad.Top each with 1 tbsp. cheese.Broil about 6" from heat until cheese melts,about 2 to 3 minutes.Serves 6.
