2 1/2 tsp yeast 1 cup oatmeal 2 cup bread flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 tbsp gluten 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil or applesauce 1 1/4 cup warm water 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1 tsp cinnamon

You can add the raisins and nuts at the beginning of the cycle or at the "beeps" You may need to add more water. Here in AZ I have to add a couple more tablespoons of water when the weather is very dry. If the machine seems to strain to knead the dough, add a little more water. Use the sweet bread cycle, as the sugar and raisins make the crust brown quickly. I put a piece of foil on top to brown the top crust a bit more.
