1 no stick cooking spray 1 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup skim milk 2 egg white 1/3 cup light or dark corn syrup 2 apples, peeled cut into 1 wedges 2 tbsp cinnamon-sugar

Directions Preheat oven 350 F. cook 50 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean when tested Spray a 9 in round baking pan with spray. In large bowl, flour, baking powder, salt. In medium bowl, using a wire whisk thoroughly mix sugar and milk. Whisk in egg whies and corn syrup. Gradually stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Arrange apples overtop, overlapping to cover. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 50 minutes or until done, cool in pan or on wire rack.
