2 1/3 tbsp molasses salt
1 tbsp fructose
3/4 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp oat groats, cracked
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp oat bran
1 tbsp wheat flakes
1 1/2 tbsp oats
3/4 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour
2 tsp yeast
