1 boston or bibb lettuce 1 cabbage, shredded 1 kale or comfrey 1 chicory or sorrell 1 lambsquarter leaves 1 parsley or watercress 1 greens 1 onions 1 tomatoes 1 sprouts 1 mushrooms, sliced 1 peppers, sweet 1 broccoli or cauliflower 1 summer squash, sliced 1 scallions or chives
