Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice 1 cup whole kernal corn 1 small can tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 1 cup chopped onions and green 1 peppers 1 lb plus hamburg 1 small can tomato sauce 1/4 cup water

Preparation
In a casserole dish, layer ingredients as listed. Top with 3 to 5 slices of bacon. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then bake uncovered for 1/2 hour.
