1/2 lb cheese 1 lb potatoes 1 egg 1 oz butter 1 salt 1 pepper 1 mustard

Preparation
Boil and mash potatoes, mix potatoes, grated cheese, beaten egg and butter together, season with mustard, pepper and salt to taste. If too stiff add a little milk.
