Bean & Cheese Casserole Recipe
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp chili powder
1 can pork & beans (16 oz.)
2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup diced green pepper
2 tbsp butter or oleo
3 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 green pepper rings
Cook onion, green pepper and chili powder in butter until tender.
In casserole, combine onion mixture with beans, macaroni, cheese,
milk and salt. Bake at 400 F. for 30 minutes or until hot. Garnish
with green pepper rings.
