2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp black pepper -- freshly
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
4 tbsp paprika
All you do is throw them together and mix them well.
