1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano

GARLIC, CHILIES AND REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER. PUREE UNTIL
SMOOTH. MAKES ENOUGH MARINADE FOR ABOUT 2 LBS. BEEF, PORK, CHICKEN.
