Ingredients
1 lb red chili peppers, washed & - dried 2 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup salt 1/3 cup sake 1 cup garlic cloves, peeled

Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until a thick paste is formed.
Use to add some pizzazz to stir-fries.
