4 lb grd round
28 oz stewed tomatoes
2 large onions
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup flour
2 can ranch beans
1/2 cup chili powder
12 oz beer
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp cayenne
2 tsp salt

Recognise the difference between hunger and thirst. At times when going through a hectic day, you imagine you feel hunger but if truth be told you just need a restorative tumbler of water or cranberry juice. The feelings of hunger and thirst are quite alike, but one can result in weight gain and the alternative is fine.

Whilst you can buy low carb bread crumbs, you may make them yourself by simply using low carb bread. Simply toast the low carb bread in a preheated oven on a cookie sheet. Once it is well toasted, process it in the food processor or blender. To store, keep in a tupperware container.
