Ingredients
3/4 lb smoked trout, or salmon 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp half and half 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp garlic salt 1 crackers 1 chips 1 vegetables

Preparation
Remove any remaining bones and flake the fish. Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.

To store, keep in an airtight jar or container.
* You can create really great smoothies by using reduced carbohydrate yogurt.
Yes, you can't really describe it as cooking, but if you adore smoothies you can throw them together with low carb yogurt and fruit. Of course, you will need to make sure you only make use of fruit that is low in carbohydrates and use the whole fruit as you need the fiber.
