Ingredients
2 eggs 1/2 cup half-and-half 1 tsp onion -- instant minced 1/8 tsp pepper 1 can corn -- whole kernel(12oz) 1 can salmon -- drained(7.75oz) 3 oz cheddar cheese -- shredded

Preparation
1. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except cheese. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
