Ingredients
1 can salmon 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs 1/3 cup celery, chopped fine 1/3 cup onion, chopped fine 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp salt 1 pepper to taste 1 paprika 1 sprig parsley

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain salmon, saving liquid. Flake salmon. Combine bread crumbs and seasoning with mayonnaise. Mix throughly. Pack into small greased loaf pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake 45 minutes.
