Salmon Won Tons Recipe
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup flaked salmon -(canned or cooked)
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 garlic clove - crushed and minced
1 package won ton wrappers
1 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp horseradish
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
Mix cream cheese, salmon, onion, and garlic together. Lay out won ton
wrappers, and place 1 tsp. of the mixture in the center of each.
Moisten edges of each with water. Fold over and pinch edges well to
seal. Ask more or dad to deep fat fry the won tons at 375 F. until
golden brown. Drain well on absorbent paper. Serve hot with a sauce.

A few tips on healthy eating
If you enjoy eating, but want to get in shape and improve your overall vitality, then, as most people know, you need to start a thoughtfully prepared well-balanced meal plan. Some lower carb diet guidlines:
* Use reduced carbohydrate chocolate bars for cookies and muffins.
Once you have converted your best loved chocolate chip cookie or muffins recipe using soy flour, you donít want to add in those high carbohydrate full-sugar chocolate. Cut up a reduced carbohydrate choccie bar into small pieces and use that as an alternative.
* Use splenda instead of sugar.
Many recipes that use sugar can be modified to make use of a sugar replacement instead. It doesn't weigh the same so you will need to do a bit of trial and error and it may not work for everything, but it gives pretty good results in most cases.
