Ingredients
4 cup peeled, sliced apples 1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp instant tapioca 1 juice of 1 lemon 1 cup boiling water

Preparation
In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Place apples in slow cooker. Pour lemon juice over top. Pour in boiling water. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serves 4 Source: Home Cooking Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@msn.com 01/02/98

A few tips on healthy eating
