Apple Tapioca Recipe
4 cup peeled, sliced apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp instant tapioca
1 juice of 1 lemon
1 cup boiling water
In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and
tapioca until evenly coated. Place apples in slow cooker. Pour lemon
juice over top.
Pour in boiling water. Cook on high for 3-4 hours. Serves 4 Source:
