Chili Bean Dip Recipe
12 oz cottage cheese, low fat creamy
2 can kidney beans, drained (about 1 lb each)
1 package chili seasoning mix or to taste
1 dippers: raw vegetables or tortilla, chips
Process cottage cheese, beans and seasoning mix in blender or
food processor until fairly smooth. Serve with dippers.
