Crockpot Chili Sirloin Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lb sirloin steak
1 (cut into cubes (yes sirloin
1 large green pepper diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 jalepaneo pepper
1 (remove seeds if you
1 (don't like it hot)
1 28 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 (or whole tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 can beer (optional)
4 slices of crisp bacon

Recipe Preparation

This receipe works great in a slow cooker for approx. 8 hrs.if you
don't have one,cook on low for at least 2 hours.
Slightly brown the steak cubes in the bacon fat, drain and then add
remaining ingredients. Simmer as mentioned above. Top with shredded
