Ingredients
1 medium eggplant 1 egg, hard-boiled 1 green pepper 1 medium onion 1 oil 1 vinegar 1 garlic 1 salt 1 pepper 1 sugar

Preparation
Bake eggplant until soft. Grind together the baked eggplant, egg, green pepper and onion. Add oil, vinegar and seasonings to taste. Chill. Serve cold.
NOTES:
* This is my mother's recipe -- It can serve as either an appetizer or a relish.
