1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
Wash & scrub potatoes. Cut into sticks & set aside.
Mix together oil & spices. Dip the potatoes into the mixture &
spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes,
stirring half way through cooking.
