Ingredients
1 lb yams or sweet potatoes -- 1 sliced 1/8 thick 2 tbsp safflower oil 2 tbsp spicy vegetable seasoning 1 like mrs. dash 2 tbsp garlic salt 1 tsp paprika

Preparation
Place sliced potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle with oil and mix thoroughly. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning and garlic salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated 450F oven unitl nicely browned. Serve immediately.
