Vegetable Soup (Santa Maria) Recipe
2 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cup chopped mixed vegetables
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 liter water
1 bunch watercress cleaned & chopped
Heat oil in a soup pot & stir fry onion for 1 minute. Add vegetables,
salt, pepper & soy sauce. Fry together for 2 minutes. Add water &
bring to a boil. Simmer till the vegetables are tender. Add
watercress & serve.
