Veggie-Bean Sloppy Joes

 

Ingredients

1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
3 cup cooked brown rice
2 16 oz. cans mexican style
1 pinto beans
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
1 buns, rolls, corn bread -
1 what ever you'd like to put
1 underneath



 

Preparation

Saute onions and green peppers until tender crisp. Add rice, beans,
and barbeque sauce. Simmer 10-15 minutes until heated through. Serve
over your choice of rolls/bread.
