Bacon & Cheese Waffles Recipe
1 cup milk
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
2 cup pancake or biscuit/baking mix
6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumb, led
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in
pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated
waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.

Many are only marginally lower and in some cases still more than a competitors usual brand. In addition, beware of 'low sugar' and 'low fat' labels - 'low sugar' doesn't always mean 'low carb' - often the carbs are identically the same.
