1 egg 1 cup milk 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream 1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted 2 cup pancake or biscuit/baking mix 6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumb, led 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese.
