Bacon & Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter 1/4 lb lean bacon -- diced 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Preparation
In a small skillet melt the butter and saute the bacon until it is crisp. Add the pepper.
Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
