: mayonnaise : salsa : washed arugula leaves : wide slices of toasted goo : italian bread, -- cut on= : bia : thinly sliced or grated : white cheddar cheese : crisp cooked turkey bacon
: sl avocado : Chopped cilantro
In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast. Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and cilantro.
