Garbanzo Puree Recipe
3 cup garbanzo beans, cooked
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp parsley

ingredients together. (This may be done in a blender.) Also, some
water or bean-cooking liquid may be added to make a creamy

flavors. Use as sandwich spread, to fill "pocket bread" (pita) or as
