1 1/2 cup DICED ONION 2 lb CHOICE ROAST BEEF, CUBED 1 cup FLOUR 3/4 tbsp GARLIC POWDER 1 cup WATER WITH SOUP BASE

CUBE MEAT INTO 1/2 INCH CUBES. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN ROASTER PAN AND COOK, UNCOVERED FOR 1 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL TENDER.
