Beef & Vegetable Loaf 1 Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 lb Ground beef
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4 slice Bread, shredded
3 tbsp Instant minced onion
2 Celery stalks finely chopped
1 large Carrot, shredded
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 Egg
1/8 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce

Recipe Preparation

Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf
pan. Bake at 350 F. 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked. Drain liquid;
let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Advice on losing weight

Make sure that you drink enough fluids. Your body requires water , it is crucial for our body's health and has no fat. It is also good in that it fills the drinker's belly and decreases feelings of emptiness. * Use reduced carbohydrate chocolate for chocolate muffins. If you have taken the time to convert your tasty chocolate chip cookie or muffins recipe using soy flour, it would be madness to mix in those high carbohydrate standard chocolate. Chop up a reduced carb bar of chocolate into tiny chunks and use that in its place.

The nutrient lypcopene is a non-synthetic compound and part of the same family of phytochemicals as carotene. It is the reason for the vivid red color of a good number of foods.
