Beef & Vegetable Loaf 1 Recipe
2 lb Ground beef
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4 slice Bread, shredded
3 tbsp Instant minced onion
2 Celery stalks finely chopped
1 large Carrot, shredded
8 oz Tomato sauce
1/8 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf
pan. Bake at 350 F. 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked. Drain liquid;
let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
