3/4 cup butter 2 cup brown sugar 3 eggs 1 cup milk 2 1/2 cup flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Do not mix above ingredients separately, put into bowl and beat all together 10 minutes. Bake in a slow over (325 degrees) for 50 minutes.
