1 lb lean ground beef 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 cup canned tomatoes, well drain 2 tbsp parsley, chopped 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup low-fat process american 2 1/2 tsp italian seasoning 1/4 tsp allspice 1 cheese, shredded

Preparation
1. Combine ground beef, salt and pepper. 2. Pat meat into 9-inch nonstick pie pan. 3. Spread tomatoes over meat. 4. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomato-meat mixture. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 6. Cut into 6 equal wedges to serve.
