Dijon Tofu Dip Recipe
16 oz tofu block -- drained
2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
4 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp horseradish -- powder
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 each garlic cloves
4 tbsp coriander leaves -- chopped
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until
smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation.
HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well
in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
