Black Bean & Orzo Salad Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 1/2 cup orzo, cooked
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup basil, chopped
15 oz black beans, cooked
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp salt
2 each garlic cloves, minced

Recipe Preparation

Combine orzo, pepper, onion, parsley, basil and beans; set aside.

Combine vinegar, water, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sugar, pepper,
salt and garlic; mix well and toss with salad.
