Ingredients
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp soda 3/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup shortening 2/3 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 cup bananas(about 2 or 3 medium)

Preparation
COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SALT AND SET ASIDE. IN LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD SHORTENING, SUGAR AND BANANAS; MIX WELL. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE 1/2 CUP AT A TIME UNTIL WELL BLENDED. BEAT EGGS IN A SEPARATE BOWL; THEN FOLD INTO THE MIXTURE. BAKE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 50 MINUTES IN 8X4X2-1/2 GREASED PAN. MAKES 1 LOAF.
