Anna Banana Bread Recipe
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 egg white
3 bananas -- mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinna
Combine sugar and wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients
separately. Add to wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake
at 350, 50 to 60 minutes.
