Ingredients
1/2 lb egg noodles 1/2 cup raisins 6 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup butter 1/4 tsp cinnamon 3 apples, peeled, cored & chopped

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. Cook noodles, drain in colander & rinse well with cold water. Soak raisins in cup of boiling water to soften. Let stand 10 min, then drain. Combine ingredients with noodles, mix well & pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 min or till browned on top. Serve with yogurt or sour cream. SERVES:4
