Ingredients
4 cup apple 1/2 cup frozen apple juice 1 concentrate, undiluted 2 tsp tapioca or cornstarch 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Mix apples and all ingredients until well coated; pour into pastry shell and top with pastry. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
